Ingredients:
Ginger – 1 small piece, grated (about 1 inch).
Lipton tea bag – 1.
Cloves – a small handful (about 5–6 cloves).
Instructions:
Blend or crush the cloves and grate the ginger.
Place the cloves and grated ginger into a mug.
Boil water until it reaches a rolling boil.
Pour the boiling water into the mug with the cloves and ginger.
Add the Lipton tea bag to the mug and let it steep for about 3 minutes.
Strain the tea to remove the solids.
Drink the tea warm for the best effect.
This tea is often used for warming up, boosting digestion, or soothing cold symptoms.
