Step 01
In an extra-large heated skillet, add olive oil. Add diced onions and diced green pepper and cook for 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until aromatic and lightly browned.
Step 02
Add ground chuck to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
Step 03
Add all seasonings to the browned meat and stir to evenly coat. Then add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Stir thoroughly.
Step 04
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 05
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Drain water and set aside.
Step 06
Add the prepared sauce to the cooked spaghetti. Stir to combine and serve warm.
