Instructions:
1. Make the Marinade:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using).
2. Marinate the Steak:
Add the steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
3. Prep the Grill Pan:
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Lightly grease with a bit of oil or nonstick spray.
4. Cook the Steak Strips:
Place steak strips in a single layer (in batches if necessary).
Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until nicely seared and caramelized.
5. Rest & Serve:
Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes.
Serve warm with rice, roasted vegetables, or stuffed in wraps or sandwiches.
