Prepare the Rose:
- Trim all the leaves from the rose stem and make a diagonal cut roughly 5-6 cm below the flower, creating a 45-degree angle.
-
Prepare the Potato:
- Take a dry potato and, using a knife, create a hole in its center large enough to snugly fit the rose stem, preventing it from wobbling.
-
Potting Process:
- Fill the pot with soil and place the potato in it, covering it with more soil.
- Cut the base of the plastic bottle and position it over the rose, creating a mini greenhouse effect to aid its growth.
