Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Meat Base:
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
3. Shape & Fill:
Place a large piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap on your counter. Flatten the meat mixture into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
Layer the ham slices evenly over the meat, followed by the cheese slices.
4. Roll it Up:
Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the meat into a tight log, sealing the edges to keep the filling inside.
Transfer the meat roll onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
5. Add the Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar. Brush this mixture over the meat roll for extra flavor and a caramelized finish.
6. Bake to Perfection:
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked (internal temperature of 160°F or 70°C).
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve & Enjoy:
Slice into thick pieces and serve with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
