Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, chopped cherries, and nuts (if using).
