2 cups (300g) fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
