Blend oats into a fine flour if not using oat flour.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut oil.
Add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts (if using).
Pour batter into the baking dish and smooth the top.
