1- Peel and chop the onion
2- Peel and wash the potatoes
3- Cut them into cubes
4- Remove the base of the endives
5- Remove the cone at the base (To avoid bitterness)
6- Cut the endives into slices
7- Heat the butter in a Dutch oven
8- Brown the onion for 1 min
9- Add the potatoes
10- Leave to brown for 2 min
11- Pour the milk
12- Continue cooking for 10 min
13- Add the endives
14- Cover with water. Salt
15- Leave to cook over low heat for 15 min
16- Add the cream and curry
17- Mix and pepper
