Instructions:
1. Prepare the vegetables:

3. Assemble and bake:
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the egg mixture is set.
Tips:
You can use any combination of vegetables you like.
If you want a creamier egg mixture, you can add an extra 1/4 cup of milk.
