Add the milk and vanilla extract, adjusting the consistency with additional sugar or milk as needed to achieve a smooth, spreadable frosting.
Frost the Cake:
Once the cake is completely cooled, evenly spread the frosting over the top.
Cut into squares and serve. For a special touch, garnish with edible flowers or sprinkles.
