Guide step by step:
1. Read the maintenance label:
Before you start, check the maintenance label of your pillows. Most pillows can be machine washed, but some delicate or special pillows may require different care.
2. Remove the pillowcases and blankets:
Remove any pillowcases or protective covers from the cushions. Usually these items can be washed separately.
3. Prepare the washing machine:
Put the dirty pillows in the washing machine. Depending on the size of the washing machine and the number of pillows, you may need to wash them on several occasions.
4. Add detergent and baking soda:

Add a small amount of mild detergent into the washing machine. To increase the cleansing power and freshness, sprinkle with a cup of baking soda. Baking soda helps to eliminate odors and revive white tissues.
5. Set up the machine:
Select a gentle cycle with warm water. Hot water helps to break down oils and dirt. Allow the washing machine to fill up and act for a few minutes to distribute the detergent and baking soda.
6. Soak and shake up:
After a few minutes, pause the cycle to let the cushions soak in the soapy water. Then restart the cycle and let it complete the wash and rinse cycles.
7. Add the white vinegar:
For the rinse cycle, add white vinegar instead of a softener. The white vinegar helps to remove any detergent residue and leaves the cushions fragrant. You can use about 1/2 cup white vinegar.
