2. Make the Dough
Add salt and the remaining 250g of flour to the starter mixture.
Mix well until combined.
3. First Rise
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
4. Shape the Baguettes
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Shape each part into a baguette.
5. Second Rise
Cover the shaped baguettes and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
6. Prepare for Baking
Make shallow cuts on top of each baguette using a sharp knife.
7. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
