Method 1: Shake It Up (Jar Method) – No Equipment Needed!
1️⃣ Pour heavy cream into a clean jar (fill it only halfway to allow space for shaking).
2️⃣ Shake vigorously for about 3–5 minutes. First, it will turn into whipped cream, then suddenly clump into butter and buttermilk.
