2. Assemble the Layers

In a 9×13-inch dish (or similar), spread a thin layer of mango cream at the bottom.

Arrange a single layer of Maria cookies over the cream (break cookies to fit if needed).

Spread another layer of mango cream over the cookies.

Repeat layers, ending with a final layer of mango cream.
3. Decorate & Chill

Dice the remaining 1 mango and arrange it on top.

4. Serve
