Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Wash and chop the tomatoes, carrots, celery, and beet.
If using a juicer, juice the carrots, celery, and beet separately.
If using a blender, finely chop all ingredients for easier blending.
Step 2: Blend Everything Together
Add tomatoes, carrot juice, celery juice, beet juice, parsley, and spinach to a high-speed blender.
Pour in water or vegetable broth to help blend smoothly.
Blend until completely smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Press with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
Step 4: Season & Serve
Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Pro Tips
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or extra hot sauce.
Want it even healthier? Add a clove of garlic or a small piece of ginger for extra immune-boosting benefits.
