Ingredients:
2-3 pounds roasted pork loin
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup vinegar apple
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
Optional: 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake
Preparation:
Fry the fried pork loin in olive oil in a pan .
Place the roast in the slow cooker and surround with onion slices.
Mix apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes (if using) into a marinade.
