How to make:
Prepare the meat
– Wash the pork belly, drain, cut into bite-sized pieces.
– Marinate with a little salt and pepper for about 10 minutes.
Fry the meat
– Heat the pan, add a little cooking oil, fry the meat until golden brown on all sides.
– Remove to oil-absorbing paper.
Make the honey sauce
– Saute the garlic until fragrant, add: 2 tablespoons honey + 1 tablespoon fish sauce + 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
– Stir well, simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Dry the sauce
– Put the fried meat in the sauce pan, stir well to absorb evenly.
– Add roasted sesame seeds, stir gently and turn off the stove.
Finish
– Scoop onto a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
Enjoy
– Eat hot with white rice or roll with raw vegetables, vermicelli, all are very delicious.
