Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 8–10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
Pour the glaze over the sausages and stir to coat evenly.
Reduce the heat to low and let the sausages simmer in the glaze for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens.
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
