How to use bay leaf to maintain the house?

Laurel can be used in different ways.

1. To wash the floor, simply pour a few drops of bay leaf essential oil into water to obtain a cleaning solution. For even greater effectiveness, it is recommended to add white vinegar. This tip helps reinforce the effectiveness of the natural active ingredients contained in bay leaf. Another technique is to boil bay leaves, then use the resulting liquid to clean the floor.
2. To eliminate bad odors and bacteria in the toilet bowl, pour a mixture of household alcohol, water and a few drops of bay leaf essential oil into a container. This liquid will clean the toilet thoroughly. It is even possible to pour the solution directly into the toilet. This will not cause any damage to the plumbing.
3. Bay leaf is also very effective in eliminating frying odors. Some households use this plant to dispel bad odors emanating from soiled furniture and carpets. Mixed with water or household alcohol, laurel essential oil constitutes a natural deodorant. Sprayed on the curtains, it releases a light fragrance. For long-lasting diffusion, it is recommended to coat the ampoules with laurel essential oil.
4. Spreading a few drops in an incense diffuser helps keep insects away from the house.
