14. TEE-TREA ESSENTIAL OIL
Also called Melaleuca, tea-tree essential oil is known to treat oral problems (mouth ulcers, abscesses, etc.) and is also said to have whitening properties. After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with a few drops of oil diluted in a glass of water or mix a drop of oil directly with your toothpaste and rub gently.
15. GET YOUR TEETH WHITENED AT THE DENTIST
