How to make :
Bake frozen pie crust according to package directions. Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in saucepan on medium heat, whisking sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
Whisk the strawberry jelly. Removing from heat and set apart to cool.
Add strawberries to cooled pie crust, then pour over strawberry jelly mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
