Instructions:

2. In another bowl, combine the milk and beaten egg.
3. Dip each boiled egg half into the milk and egg mixture, then coat them with the seasoned flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated boiled egg halves until golden brown and crispy.
5. Place the boiled egg fritters on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. Serve the fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
