You will need:

2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup curd, at room temperature
1 cup hot water
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
Swiss Chocolate Buttercream:
5 large egg whites
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 c butter
8 oz good quality dark chocolate, chopped, melted, cooled*

Shavings or chocolate chips
