Cut a plastic bottle into a cone-shaped container with a wide opening at the top.
Fill the cut bottle halfway with salt.
Turn the bottle over so the opening is at the bottom and place it on a saucer.
Place the item in an area of the house where the air is dry, such as a bedroom. B. near a window or in an air-conditioned room.
The salt absorbs moisture from the surrounding air and holds it in the container. Over time, the collected water can be seen in the saucer below.
