1- Always before cleaning, it is advisable that we have gloves to protect our hands.

2- Then, with absorbent paper we clean all the excess oil, trying to remove everything that is superficial.

3- In a pot we heat between 1 or 2 cups of white vinegar. We take a cloth and moisten it in the vinegar, we proceed to gently wipe it over the oil stains.

4- Now we rinse this entire area well with hot water and another clean cloth.

5- With a dry cloth, we proceed to dry the entire wall.

6- If the old stains are the most complicated to remove, I recommend that you repeat the procedure until it is completely clean.

Recommendations:

Let’s be careful  not to abuse the use of vinegar , remember that it could damage the paint on the wall. There are also other home tricks that can help us obtain the best results.

Lemon:

Lemon is a natural ingredient that, thanks to its acid, is capable of lightening grease and oil stains on kitchen walls. We just have to squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into a container and wet the cloth in the juice. Then we have to pass this cloth over the stains for a few minutes and you will notice how little by little it becomes whiter and to finish, we pass a dry cloth, removing the excess lemon. This trick is best applied to white walls, since if they are colored, we run the risk of discoloring them.

Flour:

This method is very simple, just sprinkle a little flour on the oil stains and let it sit for 30 minutes. Over time, you will notice that little by little the flour absorbs all the oil, which is a very good time to wipe it with a hot damp cloth. If you see that the stain is still very marked, you can use a brush and then remove the excess with another clean cloth.
