1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 pound spaghetti
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
