Woodward Celery Salad
Ingredients:

Small shallot, thinly sliced 1
Pecans, roughly chopped 2/3 cup
Golden raisins 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/3 cup
Lemon, juiced 1
White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
Honey 1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Grated Parmesan cheese 2/3 cup
Instructions:
Combine salad ingredients: In a large bowl, add the chopped celery, golden raisins, roughly chopped pecans, and thinly sliced shallot. Toss gently to combine.
Whisk the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until the dressing is well combined and slightly emulsified.
Dress the salad: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated.
