The solution? The 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look away and look at an object 6 meters away for 20 seconds. Simple, quick, and very effective.
Caffeine, hydration… a balance to be found
Too much coffee, and the nervous system goes into overdrive. Not enough water, and muscles tense up. The result is often the same: involuntary contractions, including that famous blink.
Alternate coffee and water throughout the day, and replace your evening espresso with a soothing herbal tea. You’ll see, your eyelids will thank you.
