Ingredients:
3 sprigs of rosemary
A thumb-sized piece of ginger
2 slices of lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 liter of water
1 tsp of honey (optional)
Preparation:
Rinse the rosemary and separate the leaves.
Slice the ginger and lemon.
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and put it on the stove, covered.
Once the water boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes (gentle boil).
Then remove from the heat and let it rest for an additional 10 minutes.
You can add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten the drink.
It is recommended to drink between 150 and 200 ml of this preparation in the morning and evening. This natural drink is not only delicious, but it is also supposed to bring numerous health benefits, especially in improving mobility and reducing inflammation
