Perhaps the most telling sign of Swiftâs decline in popularity post-endorsement has been the dramatic drop in ticket sales. Once the hottest commodity on the market, tickets to Swiftâs shows are now going for a fraction of their original priceâif theyâre selling at all. On resale sites, tickets that once sold for thousands of dollars are being offered for less than $50, and even then, theyâre not moving.
âI bought tickets months ago thinking this was going to be the concert of the year,â said one former fan. âBut after the Kamala post, I couldnât even give them away. No one wants to see her now.â
Swiftâs team has reportedly tried to spin the narrative, claiming that the low attendance is due to âunforeseen scheduling conflictsâ and âlocal weather conditions,â despite the fact that her concerts are indoors. But fans arenât buying it. The reality is simple: Swiftâs decision to wade into the political waters has alienated a significant portion of her audience.
