- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat to keep the pieces as whole as possible.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (like a small casserole dish or ramekin).
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Tip: For a smoky twist, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or a bit of smoked gouda cheese. Want it spicier? Toss in some diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.
