1 cup pineapple juice

½ cup Blue Curacao

½ cup coconut milk or cream of coconut

½ cup white rum

Ice for serving

Optional* honey or light corn syrup and shredded coconut for rimming glasses

Rim the glasses with some honey or corn syrup, and then roll the rim in coconut flakes. Then set to the side. This is an optional step.

Next add all the drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigourously.

Pour the mixture over ice in two glasses and enjoy.
