  1. Clean Your Feet: Wash your feet thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Pat them dry with a towel.
  2. Apply the Mint Leaf: Take a fresh mint leaf and place it directly on any areas of your feet that are sore or inflamed.
  3. Secure the Leaf: You can use a bandage or medical tape to keep the mint leaf in place. Alternatively, wear socks to hold the leaf against your skin.
  4. Leave Overnight: For best results, leave the mint leaf on your feet overnight. The menthol will work its magic while you sleep.
  5. Remove and Rinse: In the morning, remove the leaf and rinse your feet with warm water.
