  • Salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna pasta (500g)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons oil or olive oil
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion in cubes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup tomato extract
  • 4 ripe tomatoes without skin and without seeds in cubes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Chopped fresh basil to taste
