  2. Peel and finely grate the carrots.

Cooking Oranges and Carrots:

Storage:

  1. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars.
  2. Seal the jars tightly and invert them to create a vacuum seal.
  3. Let cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
