- Wash the lemons with the help of salt and bicarbonate to disinfect them
- Cut them into many small slices
- Take the chilli pepper and cut it into small pieces too
- Arrange the lemon slices along the entire jar
- Pour in the chilli pepper to combine with the lemon
Once this procedure has been done, pour in the cold water until the entire jar is filled. It’s time to hermetically close the jar with all the ingredients inside, shaking until they come together.
The jar must be stored in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight. Shake once a day so that all the ingredients can work together to preserve the lemon for a whole year.
