Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak
1 tsp. chilli powder
½ tsp. red pepper
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. salt
4 large tortillas
2 tbsp. Taco shredded cheese mix
½ c cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ C. fire roasted dried corn
Half a black bean, rinsed and drained
Cut the avocado into cubes
Lemon juice and chopped coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Season the steak with the spice mixture.
Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the steaks until they are cooked to your liking. Let it rest, and then cut into pieces.
Place 2 large tortillas on a lined baking sheet, and top with 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Spread the steaks evenly over the tortilla.
Top the tortilla with beans, corn, tomatoes and avocado.
