Turn the oven on to preheat. Put the oven temperature on 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Set parchment paper in a 9Γ5 inch loaf pan.
Make Cauliflower Puffs: After removing the stem, slice the cauliflower into small florets. To make the florets into snowflake-shaped pieces, throw them in a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds. Third cup of cauliflower, finely riced. After riced, transfer cauliflower to a cheesecloth and squeeze off excess liquid. It may be required to work in batches.
To get firm peaks, whisk the egg whites in a large basin using an electric hand mixer for about 2 minutes.
Mix The egg yolks and olive oil should be whisked together in a separate big basin. Blend in the almond flour, Parmesan, baking soda, salt, and chopped fresh thyme. Next, add the cauliflower that has been riced.
Bring together Complementary substances: Whisk in a third of the egg whites at a time until completely combined with the cauliflower mixture.
Placing the mixture into the loaf pan that has been preheated, add an extra spoonful of Parmesan cheese and bake. Cook in the oven for forty-five to fifty minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean and the surface becomes golden brown.
Let the bread sit for 5 minutes in the pan, then move it to a wire rack to finish cooling before cutting.
