- In a small pot, add 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds to 1 cup of water.

- Let the flaxseed gel cool.
- Prepare the Chia Seed Mixture:
- Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in ½ cup of water for about 10 minutes until it forms a gel.
- Blend this mixture to ensure it’s smooth.
- Mix All Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled flaxseed gel, blended chia seed mixture, aloe vera gel, coconut oil, honey, egg white, and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated into a smooth, even consistency.
- Application:
- Dampen your hair with water.
- Section your hair and start applying the mixture from the roots to the tips, ensuring every strand is covered.
- Gently massage the treatment into your scalp and through your hair.
- Let it Sit:
- Cover your hair with a shower cap or a plastic wrap.
- Let the treatment sit for 1-2 hours to allow the nutrients to penetrate deeply.
- Rinse:
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Follow up with a mild sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner if needed.
- Dry and Style:
- After rinsing, gently towel-dry your hair.
- For best results, blow-dry your hair on a cool setting and use a straightening iron if desired for extra smoothness and shine.
