One of my biggest fears is a fire in my home, so I always unplug my phone charger and check my smoke alarms. But I never considered this warning from Jason Whitaker in Kentucky. In 2019, Jason noticed a strange smell, suspecting an electrical fire. After searching his house, he found the cause: a spiral light bulb filled with ladybugs. The insects had made their home inside the bulb, attracted to its warmth. Jason shared his experience on Facebook, warning others: “These light bulbs will burn your house down.”
