1. In a large bowl, add the three eggs, incorporate lemon yogurt, one measure of sunflower oil, (with the yogurt container), two measures of sugar, and 1 envelope of yeast. Beat everything with the mixer and now add 3 measurements of yogurt, flour; adding them one by one.
2. In another bowl, we throw half the batter away (I like to leave more, of the white). Add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder, and mix well.
3. Now, with the help of paper, grease the mold, or oven-friendly source of your choice, and sprinkle with flour. Come back, to remove the excess.
4. Add the white mix, and then the cocoa, I usually do several thin layers, always throwing in the center, one on top of another.
5. Preheat oven to 180°, heat up and down, and let in for about 45 minutes. Check it’s done by sticking a long stick or skewer in the center and making sure it comes out clean.
6. Let it simmer, and unmold. Now to enjoy
