Melted butter 2 tablespoons

Ground beef 1 pound
Frozen corn 10 ounces
Condensed cream of celery soup undiluted – 10-3/4 ounces
milk 2% – 1/3 cup
Garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
onion Chopped – 1 tablespoon
Cheddar cheese shredded – 1 cup (set aside half for topping)
Fresh parsley minced – optional for garnish
