Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Add Rotel, corn, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom.
Pour the beef mixture over the Doritos.
Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
