First, for the sponge cake, beat the eggs, sugar and salt until frothy. Then gradually drizzle in the oil. Mix the flour with the starch and cocoa and gently incorporate into the sugar-egg mixture. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 12 minutes.
Then pour in the cream, melt the chocolate and let it cool. Whip the whipped cream, add the vanilla sugar and honey and mix with the chocolate.
Now cut the sponge cake in half, spread the cream on top and place the second half of the sponge cake on top. Leave to set in the refrigerator.
