Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the powdered milk gradually and mix with a spatula or with your hands until it forms a dough. Add more powdered milk if necessary. The dough should be soft but slightly sticky.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to set.
- Using the palms of your hands, roll the dough into 1 1/4 inch (3cm) balls. Roll them in powdered milk to coat.
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
