1. Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
2. Shape the Meat and Add Eggs
On a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, flatten the meat mixture into a rectangular shape (about ½ inch thick).
Place the boiled eggs in a row along the center.
Carefully roll the meat over the eggs, shaping it into a loaf. Press the edges to seal so the eggs stay inside.
3. Cook the Meatloaf
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Place the meatloaf inside.
Brush the top with the glaze (if using).
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked and slightly browned.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
