Instructions:
1. Bake the Brownie Base
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package. Pour batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and bake accordingly. Let cool completely.
2. Layer the Ice Cream
Spread the softened mint chip ice cream evenly over the cooled brownie layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
3. Add the Hot Fudge
Warm the fudge sauce slightly and drizzle over the frozen ice cream layer.
4. Make the Whipped Topping
In a bowl, beat the heavy cream with sugar and 1 tbsp of mint chip ice cream until stiff peaks form. Spread gently over the dessert.
5. Garnish & Freeze Again
Top with whole Oreos, extra chocolate chips, and an additional drizzle of fudge. Freeze for 1 more hour before slicing and serving.
