- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions for added freshness and color.
