    • 370 ml (1 1/2 cups) water
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
  • For Shaping:
    • 80 g (1/3 cup) melted butter
    • 40 g (1/4 cup) extra fine wheat semolina
    • Oil (for greasing the surface)
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
